If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package and you're certain nobody has moved it or accepted it for you, you must contact UPS / USPS immediately.
Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of UPS / USPS. Any missing deliveries must be reported to UPS / USPS. They can provide information on a refund for the value of the package. StandOut Stickers is not responsible for any missing or lost orders. Your tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date. A signature is not required for delivery. You must be available to receive this delivery personally, if not you risk your delivery being lost or stolen.
If you feel that there may be issues receiving your order in person, please contact UPS / USPS with the tracking number to schedule a pickup at a local UPS / USPS store.
